The McNairs

Baby Jackson is finally here and how sweet is he... Amanda and Jeremy welcomed this precious boy into the world on Friday at lunch time. I am so excited for them to experience what loving a child of your own feels like. Amanda and Jeremy are such precious parents and they are so excited about their future with their bundle of joy. I can not wait for email and blogs needing advice on wild little boys... I am a mother of two boys so maybe I can help. heheh!
I am sad to say that we will only get to spoil Jackson for another month due to Jeremy having to report back to duty serving our country. We will miss them so much and we are so thankful to Jeremy for sharing Amanda with us for the time he has. I am starting to save a Hawii fund...I am sure it will take me a while.

My Boys Are Growing Up...

My boys are growing so fast and I can not believe it.
Our youngest wild man, Cannon Ty, started walking on Sunday. He is very slow and takes his time but he is walking. I thought I would be so excitied which I am, but I am so sad also. He is my baby and he could be our last baby to hit this awesome milestone. Enough of that, wipe the tears and blah blah!
I had to post these pictures of our boys. Check out Cannon with the cookie resting on his knee while he drinks his milk. OH, Oh and check out the sippy cup! He is NO longer taking a bottle and has moved on to whole milk. We decided to take the bottle and change to formula on a Friday afternoon with the help of Carla (our wonderful fabulous babysitter)!!!
He did wonderful with it and we have not looked back since!!!! Yah Cannon Ty!!!
The other picture I had to post was an action shot of Caleb playing basketball. This year he moved up to a new league and did great if I might say! He is very athletic like Elliot and loves the game so much. He is a great outside shooter and he loves to hit the "3's"! We have moved on to baseball season, so I will soon post baseball pictures.
Well, it is Tuesday night and I am half way through the work week! Yah! Only working four days a week ROCKS!!! Elliot's football players dressed in pad and helmets yesterday and started practice today. He said everything is looking good and they are pumped to get started. He has a few boys that are gret prospects at Quaterback, he is glad he has some options for next year with that position. We are looking forward to a great HORNET football year! Go HORNETS!!

Wrestling...

I wrote in the past about wrestling, and I have finally uploaded some pictures to our computer from a match at Cabot. This was the meet that I actually blogged about a while back. I hope you all enjoy. I promise to be better about this also... I have some good ideas that will soon come... Have a great week!

It has been forever...

Well, I know it has taken me forever to get back to this but I am BACK!!!!

Life is general has been extremely crazy for the Jacobs lately. Elliot's wrestling season ended with some amazing kids placing at state. It was Bryant's first time to go to state, and we had four boys place!!! GO HORNETS!!!!!

Caleb has started baseball practice and tournaments. We tend to spend our entire week out at the field and many nights eating Chick-fil-A. (Also, now Cannon's fav!!!!) He is doing great at school and can't wait for Spring Break. Elliot and Caleb are going to spend some, "MEN" together during the week without baby Cannon Ty. Caleb is also getting very excitied about our summer vacation to the beach with Nana... he keeps asking if we need to get our nets and flash lights out to pack to catch crabs with.

Oh, my baby is almost 1!! In a month my little man will be "1" year old!! I can' t believe!!! It truley makes me sad thinking about it each day. Cannon is standing by himself and he now has 2 teeth. He is our wall scaler... he walks along the walls and the furniture but he WILL NOT let go. He is very strong willed and I wonder whom he gets that from???? Elliot maybe? Who knows!!!

Yesterday, I went to the Duck Duck Goose sale and I was able to get some great stuff for Cannon. I have to say I was very disappointed about the selections for Caleb's size (7/8) they has very little. I happened to run into a lady bringing in her stuff to consign.. the whole rack was brand NEW Polo and Tommy Hilfiger size 18 and 24 months-Cannon's size. Needless, to say I basically bought her out!!! Also, there was a lady there with an embroidery business who made precious shirts and bibs. Cannon got his birthday shirt and then she embroidered some other items for me... his shirt and all the embroider items only $28!! What a steal! I love it! I will download the pics later! I have to show the great deals!

As for me, life with my men has been wonderful. I could not ask for anything better. I could of never imagined the blessings in my life would be this amazing. Elliot is an amazing husband and father and with his job it amazes me the patience and kindness he has. He is such a giving person and he has really opened my eyes to things lately. After 10 years together I thought I knew all of him but he positively surprises me daily. Thank you, Lord for him~
