Friday Randoms

this week has definately been a random one at its best.  i finally feel "back to normal," if that is such a thing anymore after sunday's fun.

the baby bump is really moving along. scary. i guess they (drs) are right when they say the bump tends to show earlier and earlier after multiple pregnancies. i believe it. i bought my first set of new maternity clothes last week and i did, yes, i did wear a few items this week. again scary.  i am going to get one of the girls at school to start taking a weekly "bump" pic so i can keep it updated.  cheif is never home at the same time or some days i don't see him so i figures with school i would be better at remembering this.

i have been craving pigs in a blanket and a dr pepper all week. last night i finally got both thank the lord. it was heavenly. syd i am hoping you gets yours soon.

my spring break starts next friday. one week from today...whooohoooo. the babies (camdyn and cannon) and i will leave on friday and head to alabama, i can not wait.  caleb is going with cheif this year to florida for the tournament and universal studios.  i am a tad bit nervous about caleb being gone the entire week with chief and being in florida but i know he will be just find.  i like my kiddos within my reach, i know i need to let go some, hello he is 10 years old and will be with this daddy. i will get over it, promise.

my school kiddos and parents are needing spring break also-trust me i haven't asked them but oh my batman i can tell, if you get my drift. need it, seriously.

i had to go and buy tires all by myself this week. i know that sounds a little ridiculous but i have never had to do that before, but it is baseball season and my hubby doesn't go anywhere but school, the field and taco bell.
you need to know this information, trust me very important.

who would have thought those numbers were so stinking important? the  tires are on my car and i did it all by myself. praise the lord.

i have finally picked a new curriculum for the preschool. yay.

i hit a local consignment sale this week by accident, really, and got the best stuff. i felt like i was stealing,no seriously, it was so dirt cheap.  i loaded up on baby lulu, gymboree, cach cach and mis-tee-veeous and most items had the orignal tags.  i feel like i have really accomplished a big task when i find new items at those prices.

i will leave this borning and random post with a pictures of my little ones while walking up to school this week.

A Marathon Weekend... No really.

As I sit on the couch this morning with my feet propped on the ottoman and ice packs on my knees... I am alive!!! Ha!

We started the weekend out with Caleb having his first UTrip baseball tournament of the season on Friday in Conway @ 4:30. Yes, right after school it was a blast let me tell you. The temperature dropped about 20 degrees as we pulled into Conway... Fun times as I had on flip flops!! Brrrrr! We hit up Razorback pizza on the way home, nothing like pizza at 10:00 pm on a Friday night.

Saturday morning we had to be back in Conway by early morning, we went better dressed this time and my sweet parents came to help me over the weekend, EJ had their own tournament and we (I) didn't see him until Sunday morning. KK pitched an awesome game on Saturday. He has been playing so well and he enjoys it beyond measure.

Cannon had tball practice after KK's games, note the baseball pants and cleats!

The BIG Day.. Sunday!!!

Oh my, I was thinking back about how I felt yesterday morning as I waited to start. I wasn't too nervous just wanted to get going, only if i would have known... Haha!

I know people run these all the time- God bless them and as i always says God love them.

As the corral I was in started to move it was def emotional ( add the preg hormones) and exciting. The first mile was wild, seriously, people pushing and literally jumping over one another... Ding dongs! Ha! As I hit mile 2 my phone ( I use it as my iPod) dinged and it was a message from Sydney! It def lifted me up and picked up my pace. Thank you sooo much Syd! I needed it!

The half marathon as a whole was an experience I will never forget. It was mentally tough and physically demanding even though I had trained a decent amount. The feeling of crossing that finish line and seeing Elliot and my sweet younger two kiddos ( Caleb had a game in Conway-don't worry after i got my medal I then ran to the car after grabbing my chocolate milk at the finish line and we jetted to his game!) was all worth it. And, my sweet flowers from Cannon! Love!

We also decided to make the announcement that we were expecting baby Jacobs #4 after the race. I wanted to wait so friends and family wouldn't worry while I ran or wanted to know why was I running while 3 months pregnant. Well, today is actually 3 months! So, we are good now... Yay!

Morning sickness decided
To grace me with its presence multiple times during the race also- note to self... DO NOT go into a porta potty to throw up! I was begging my precious God at that point! Horrible!

Oh, I look so tired in this picture! Poor baby Jacobs and the run just zapped me by mid afternoon it was me and my bath then bed.
I will officially be on a running hiatus for a while... And so will baby Jacobs!
This was def a journey of ups/downs but it was a spiritual journey for me beyond I could have ever imagined. As I ran I prayed for protection for our precious baby and for strength! God never fails!

Happy Monday, ice packs and all!!
