"Jacobs party of FIVE your table is ready!"

WOOOOWWWW!!!!! Can you believe this? Us neither!!!

I am sooo behind but today is actually the first time I have had the chance to blog in soooo long!
So, yes we are expecting again! I am five months preggo and we are due August 2. (the first day of two a days for all you coaches wives-just lovely uhhh????)

So, when we went to the doctor Elliot and I both almost passed out when told the news. We had actually decided about a month before that we were happy with 2 boys and Elliot would be taking the necessary precautions to confim that in June. Well, boy were we in for a change of plans!!!! Well, that day we went to our doctor in Jonesboro (b/c we love him so much and he has been through so much with us) and he went ahead and did an ultrasound to confirm everything. At that time he said well I know this is early to say but it looks like its another BOY!!!! I was excited-because I am a boy momma I know these things!!!

After a few weeks we decided upon on a doctor in Little Rock to use and we began seeing him- I just LOVE him! He is friends with our dr in j'boro so it is just wonderful! He said everything was great and he went ahead and scheduled our 20 week ultrasound for a month later.

Elliot and I headed to see our sweet baby boy (who we named Cooper and have been calling Cooper since the appt in J'boro). During the appointment our ultrasound tech Laura was great-too funny! She kept trying to get the "shot " for our confirmation but kept saying, "oh we will come back to that." I was thinking okay what is going on! During the appointment I kept saying oh look at him moving and look at HIS sweet little feet, after about the 20th HE OR HIM-she stopped me! Sweet and funny Laura said, "ummmm I think you may need to start saying SHE!!"
What, I about fell off the table!!!!

For those who know me I could not stop laughing and poor Elliot was about to fall off his chair. YES, WE THE JACOBS ARE HAVING A SWEET LITTLE GIRL, YES A GIRL!!!!!

We continued to stay in shock for days and we have finally started to purchase sweet funky little girl clothes!!!!! The boys (Caleb and Cannon Ty) could not believe it, Caleb thought we were playing a joke! (We actually took them back a week later so they could see for themselves!!! Laura was so sweet to do that for us!!!)

So, I am sure you are wondering what are you going to name the youngest, last, girly Jacobs??

We have decided to keep it in the "C" family (yes Duggar style).....

CAMDYN ELLIOT JACOBS is the name we have chosen!!! I really wanted to use Elliot's name and I still think the name is sweet and girlie!
I will upload belly and ultrasound pics soon! Also, we may have more new news soon to come...

Happy Birthday Sweet Boy!!!!

Oh, my sweet boy is "8" today!!!

I can't believe you have already been part of mine and daddy's life for eight years, gosh it has flown by. It seems like "yesternight" that you were a little boy!You are so big and such a young man too. You make me laugh all the time and I love to count your new freckles as you read to me. As we sing at the top of our lungs in the car to Taylor, Miley or the Jonas Brothers I just LOVE it, and I love to hear your voice sing so loud!!!

You are a dancing machine grooving to the beat-I think you may get the dance moves for me because you know how daddy dances.....also always remember High School Musical we have that whole thing down.

I get so nervous watching you play basketball and baseball but gosh you run just like daddy and you are such an athlete. That you do get from daddy!!!! I do throw the ball like a girl!!
I can't wait to see how you continue to grow as a athlete and I am sure you will continue to make us so proud of you.

You have the best little spirit and you are so easy going! We could not ask for a better little man!
We love you and thank you for always making us laugh! Hey, only 8 more years till you can drive!!!

Love you first!!!

Thank you Lord!!

As I post today I am sitting on my mother in-laws comfy couch all nestled in watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I think I almost forgot how comfy her couch was, how much I enjoy the cinnamon/orange she continues to burn on the stove and how all of our family continues to stop in. I can't wait to hear the sound of Aunt Mary's south Alabama voice and hear everyone screaming Roll Tide tomorrow except for the Powell's (Auburn- W** E****). But today when I woke up I felt at home in Alabama and thought of the many blessings that we are so very thankful for this year.

* Elliot's job and how much he enjoys it
*My sweet angel boys Elliot, Caleb and Cannon Ty
*my job
*our home and our home church
*Elliot- we met in high school and I love him more today than I ever have
*our family in Arkansas, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, California and Alabama
*our relationship with the Lord-we didn't really consistently grow up in church and knowing the lord . about five years ago Elliot and I became very active in church and we baptized together in August 2004. We are just so thankful and blessed for our relationship with the Lord. We would not be the parents we are today or the people we are.
*All of our friends from high school to coaching friends... our coaching friends have given us advice and strength that I would have never dreamed of. I (Torri) am so thankful for the new friends I have met throughout this past year with our blog. I love talking and getting advice for coaches wives also. Thank you! (thanks Channa and Leslie)
*My best friend Autumn-we met in high school but went to different schools over 100 miles apart. we have maintained our friendship for over 13 years and we are each others carbon copies. i admire her strength and I look up to her she is so awesome. he husband is in boot camp right now for the army in fort knox, ky and words just can't describe how i love her. she is the definition of "best friend'-thank you Autumn.

Okay, and a few things I am thankful but I could live without...
*Sonic Cokes
*donuts
*oysters-I will probly consume at least 100 in the next few days-gotta love Alabama Thanksgiving
*the beach-Destin
*football-this really could go above but my life would be boring without it!
*yellow box flip flops
*Tyler Candles *homecoming* my fav scent-thanks Channa!
*my laptop
*elliot's iphone-i am way too cheap to buy one for myself
*ponytail holders and tennis shoes
*ipod
*and SNACKS-i love to eat!!

I will post pictures of our Alabama Thanksgiving on Saturday! Oh, and tomorrow remember to say a Roll TIde for Alabama!!!!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!
