Gosh, where has the time gone????
Every year I say as soon as we hit Halloween it is the end of the year before we know it!
This year I can say that for sure... with 3 kids and oh yeah Chief whoa it has been flying by since August 5th.
So, what have we been up to??
Went to Alabama for Thanksgiving- It was wonderful except for the Tide losing... I yelled, punched in the air and threatened Chief during the game (oh and the cable went out in Alabama yes it did during the first half for a whole 30 minutes). My kids looked cute though supporting the Tide yelling , "Roll Tide." Cannon played his heart with his sweet cousin ( well, its actually Chief's cousin's (leigh) daughter but we call them cousins and we call Leigh "Aunt Leigh Leigh." They were a hoot the whole time! So much fun!
We celebrated KK's birthday (the big 9)! Oh, Chief and I can't believe it! He had such a wonderful time and he got the XBOX 360 he has been wanting for like a year from sweet Nana! He literally fell out on the floor when he realized what it was! Bless him!!
We have seen Santa I think a total of 6 times.... at different locations! We had our BIG PTO fundraiser... Chili Supper/Silent Auction. It was a HUGE success for the first time to hold it! I baked 500 cookies for the event... long story so I will make it short... A local restaurant donated 500 cookies... so when I got them they were frozen cookie dough for 500! Lovely.... and the day before! So, my poor oven stayed on for 10 hours after that baking all 500 cookies! (Will post picture)
Attempted multiple times to take Christmas card pictures of the 3 amigos... lord a task within itself. Try to get 3 children -a 2 yr old and a 4 month and a 9 yr old to all smile and look the same direction.... Chief was about to harm something! We finally decided to forgo the Christmas card and send out a New Year card! So be looking forward to it!
We have made cookies and treats...I sewed Christmas shirts, made frames and made the cutest ever ROLL TIDE oven towels... LOVED em!
This past weekend Chief's mom (Nana) from Alabama came to Bryant for our Christmas with her and the kids had the best time!!! Cannon is in LOVE with his mouse (Zhu Zhu pet) bless its soul and KK is loving his new XBOX games! We had the best time with her and she just fills my heart so full when she is around!
So, I will leave you to digest all the rambles with some pictures....tomorrow the kids Christmas lists.... lord stay tuned because it is funny!
